The word that ignited some people and even accused some people. I don't want to take anything from anyone and I don't want to point out a blame to someone. I kept on saying, "contact the other party for concerns if it bothers you" 'coz I think that's the best thing to do, to say your concerns directly to the source. Problems should always be looked at its root first and not it's effect. Good thing both parties finally contacted each other.
