With Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao’s second round knockout win over Ricky Hatton a few months ago, it cemented his throne as this generation’s Pound For Pound King. His current professional record stands at 49 wins (37 are knockouts), 3 losses and 2 draws. He’s currently the International Boxing Organization (IBO) and The Ring Light Welterweight Champion.
Few weeks after his win over Hatton, Manny Pacquiao flew back to the US for a Nike photoshoot with Kobe Bryant and other sports icons.
Then recently, Nike releases a new sportswear advertisement, “The AW77″ Hoodie – Style, wherein it featured great athletes around the world such as Kobe Bryant, Rafael Nadal, Maria Sharapova, Sofia Boutella, Alexander Patto and of course, the world’s pound for pound king, Manny Pacquiao.

Also, this latest Nike campaign gave the pound for pound king another first. Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao became the first Filipino athlete to be featured in a major billboard in Los Angeles, California. The billboard is located on top of the Nike Montalban Theater in Hollywood on Selma Avenue and Vine Street.
