The Ukulele Kid performed his ukulele skills later last year with viral videos of some popular songs like “I’m Yours” and “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” that circulated YouTube around December of 2009. The former received massive views of around 12 million views while the latter was also on the million level.
Before the December YouTube video performances by the Ukulele Boy, he also performed a hit song from The Beatles, “Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da”. The Obladi Oblada ukulele performance was uploaded by user uke3453 around October and also reached more than million views.
I remember also singing this song when I was a kid. “Obladi, oblada life goes on, nah! La-lalala life goes on,” was the only part I knew, I just whistle the tune for the rest of the lyrics. Watch the Obladi Oblada ukulele video below.
